I’m currently a 0L, waiting for law school to begin and, let’s be honest, take over my life. However, I’m relying on my amateur hobby/crutch to get me through: cooking. This is an account of my culinary successes and disasters (through the lens of an iPhone camera), as well as an account of my law school successes and… disasters. I’m eating my way through learning to love the law.

  • As your: biggest fan, unintentional critic and kitchen co-conspirator I disagree with your comment in the blog that the “ribeye” I grilled was “over-cooked”. I still contend that it was in fact “under-marbled”. My standard cooking time for ribeye assumes at least a 75% fat to protein ratio. This COSTCO ribeye was less than 10% fat.
